I work for the IT department at the University I go to. An elderly man called because he wasn’t able to read his e-mail through Mac Mail. I walked him through the solution, and here’s what he said when I fixed it.

“It worked! Holy man, Jeff. I should take you out for a beer. Oh boy, that error is gone. Thank you for your patience and knowledge and other things that I can’t put into words. Have a great day!”
