Work It.
Power 90! I’ve been keeping on schedule and I’m starting to see my weight drop a little (-4 pounds so far) as I’ve worked out 6 days a week and have cut some bad eating habits.
The workouts are slowly getting easier and easier. My chin has raised a bit, my belly bump is slowly going down, and I’m liking it.
I have two days of work under my belt at my new job, and so far,...
I’m laying in bed and reflecting on the past.
Really short term: Today was my last day at the Help Desk. On Monday I start me new full time job.
Short term: I have one more workout this week until I’m done with week 2 of the Power 90 challenge. My balance is a little off as my muscles are growing

Work Out
Today was day 5 of my Power 90 workout. Today, Tony Horton led me on a wonderful workout through the magic of DVDs. I felt good about the workout today. I did all of my pushups today, which was a major improvement from day 1. I did half of my pushups on Monday, 75% Wednesday, and now, well, you know.

Life, Chapter 3 - Forms
Today marks the beginning of the next chapter of my life. College is over, and I recently was hired for a new job, and I’m taking the P90 challenge.
The new job will be Assistant director of Creative Services at the Valparaiso School of Law. The P90 challenge is the Power 90 workout. I started the first day today. It’s Monday, it made sense to me.
